Client Database Subscription Services
Now that you have established a
Revocable Living Trust as your family estate plan, you have taken the important first step. However, because you live in an ever-changing world, you may need to revise your trust from time to time.
Personal, statutory, & societal changes can impact the efficacy of any existing estate plan. You may have to address unforseen, forthcoming situations by integrating revisions in your plan. When those issues arise, you are going to need assistance.
That is why ITS now offers the online Client Database Subscription (CDS) service. It is supported by a fully encryted Internet environment for enhanced mobil-ity and ease of-interaction between you, your trusted advisor, the network attorney, and our processing offices. With access to our CDS service platform through your Client Console, your family will never be without help.
The CDS service is free for a one-year period starting on the date that your Online Data Questionnaire (ODQ) was initially submitted to the ITS database. Thereafter, until further notice, the annual subscription fee is $59.
As a current CDS Subscriber, you will be entitled to the following:
- 24/7 Internet Access to Your Electronic Estate Planning Documents Files
- 24/7 Internet Access to Your Database Information/and Trustee Login
- 24/7 Internet Access to Your Medical Documents/and Physician Login
- Free Network Messaging Through Your Client Console NotePad
- Free Telephone Conferencing with ITS Processing/Legal Staff (note 1)
- Free Personalized Changes to Your Estate Planning Documents (note 2)
Footnotes:
- Free telephone conferencing time is available for an aggregate of two (2) hours per annual term, per client file. Additional time will be billed @$180/hour at 1/2 hour intervals.
- Change work arising from subsequent state/federal legislation is not included. After the first year, free changes are available only to current subscrib-ers who have not lapsed their subscriptions for the past 12 months. An additional $150 Restatement Fee will be charged to “reinstate” subscriptions that have lapsed. Each requested paper document(s) delivery will be assessed $65 for processing, or print from your client console for free.
