Dear Mr. Laurence:
“
I enthusiastically commend you on ITECH / Living Trust Center’s new Medical Documents online repository and emergency access service. Until now, my wife and I have been storing our (previous) Medical Power of Attorney documents in a “safe place” – that being our personal house safe. That’s all well and good. But how would an attending physician know whom to contact if a medical incapacitation emergency should happen to us while we are traveling and away from home?
That problem has finally been addressed. We now have our critical “health care” wishes and contact information safely stored in a secure online database. And, amazingly, that information can be immediately accessed by our attending physician using a personal access code number that we keep in our wallets. I am also pleased to know that our medical documents and other important information can be updated, as we would deem it necessary, and yet always be available through this online access.
Your service is a tremendous benefit and provides us with a great sense of security. We believe that it alleviates a potential, unwanted burden on our family and friends who would otherwise be possibly forced to make critical health care decisions on our behalf without knowing our intent.
Thanks for coming up with such a wonderful service.”
Sincerely,
Joe Celii
