You simply present your card to any emergency room in the world with Internet access, and enter your personal 6-digit code. The attending Physician, and others to whom you give permission, can view the key documents that could well be critical to saving your life, and in guaranteeing that your medical wishes will be followed.
The documents include your Living Will, Medical Power of Attorney for Health Care, and directives that can save your estate from being depleted.
The most immediate feature of the cards is instant access to your personal medical history of pertinent medical information that could save your life in the Emergency Room.

Q. Why do I need a living trust? Isn't a will good enough?
A. If your wishes in the event of incapacitation or death are recorded in a Will, and there is no Living Trust in which your assets are held, the high probability of state probate creating unnessary costs and delays could be unavoidable!
Q. When should I set one up, how long does it take, and what is the cost?
A. If you’ve accumulated assets worth $200,000 or more, it is most likely a foregone conclusion that you acquire the protective rights afforded in a Living Trust. We all tend to procrastinate in such matters, but the cost of delay can be unacceptably high. You may recall the years of haggling over the incapacitation of Terri Schiavo where she was kept in a vegetative state for 15 years while members of the family haggled over what were her true intentions. And now, we are being warned daily by top Federal officials about the potential for a Bird Flu Pandemic, with possible mortality as high as 20% of the U.S. population. That shocking mortality rate would hit the elderly segment of the population hardest. With these factors in mind, this is no time for procrastination. A Living Trust can be set up in part within minutes, and the cost of setting it up can be as little as $1,695- - chargeable to your credit card.
